• I, as the artist, retain all rights to the created artwork. Your commission may be used as a portfolio piece or in advertisements for future commissioned work.• Commercial use for commissioned work is limited to use on personal websites or on streaming services. The work may not be used to create merchandise for sale such as but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, keychains, etc.• Credit leading back to me, the artist, is required to be in a visible and easily accessible space.• Orders over $60 must pay half up front of the agreed upon price.• I reserve the right to adjust prices based on the complexity of the work. A price will be discussed and agreed upon before I start work.• Currently I only accept payment through Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi donation. Please specify which you would like to use early in the process.• By default I send WIPs of the sketching stage to confirm we're on the right track with that you want, and then with approval I move on to finish with no further WIPs. You may request further WIPs if you like. There is also the chance I may contact you in this time if I have a question to make sure I'm providing a product as accurate to your vision as possible.• I do not respond to commission related messages on Saturday or Sunday.• Once the artwork has been colored and sent for your approval, I will perform three (3) small revisions free of charge.• Artwork will be considered finished and marked as such when it is has your approval and is fully paid.• By commissioning me, the artist, you, the customer, agree to these terms.
